ROCKY RIVER, Ohio (WOIO) - An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 3-year-old girl out of Rocky River. Rocky River police say Sunny McIntyre was taken from the 19700 block of Riverwood Avenue. She was last seen at 1:56 a.m. Monday. Sunny is 3 feet tall and weighs 32 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink night gown, officials say. RRPD says the suspect is her mother, 40-year-old Cathleen Marie Collins. RRPD says she has a history of mental illness, alcohol and drug use. Collins is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Investigators say they may possibly be heading to Strongsville or Cleveland in a silver Nissan Murano with license plate No. KAH1171. Anyone with information is asked to call the Rocky River Police Department or 911.
