Printer Repair

Recommended Posts

In my opinion, printers are available now at such a low cost and part availability is at a minimum; therefore, it does not pay to repair these manually. Has anyone completed a DIY repair on a printer or have the majority bought new?

If it is a home-based printers (i.e. one that can be purchased at a low price) I normally suggest others to just replace the device as it would most of the time cost the same price to just repair any of the inside components, although there are some issues with printers such as jams, ink issues, and driver related malfunctions that I do tend to fix. I believe repair is mainly for enterprise and workplace printers as they do tend to get quite expensive.
