Privacy Policy

This policy explains in detail how "Zapstech" along with its affiliated companies (hereinafter "we," "us," "our," "Zapstech," "http://zapstech./") and our software providers (hereinafter "they," "them," "their") use any information collected during any session of usage by you (hereinafter "your information").

How is your information collected?

Your information is collected in two ways. First, browsing "Zapstech" will cause our software to create several cookies, which are small text files that are downloaded onto your computer's temporary web browser files. The first two cookies contain a user identifier (hereinafter "user-id") and an anonymous session identifier (hereinafter "session-id"), automatically assigned to you by our software. A third cookie will be created once you have browsed content within "Zapstech" and store which content has been read, thereby improving your user experience. By using Zapstech, you are consenting to our use of cookies.

What information is collected?

We may also create cookies external to our software while browsing "Zapstech," though these are outside the scope of this document which is intended only to cover the pages created by our software. The second way in which we collect your information is by what you submit to us. This can be, and is not limited to: posting as an anonymous user (hereinafter "anonymous posts"), registering on "Zapstech" (hereinafter "your account"), and posts submitted by you after registration and while logged in (hereinafter "your posts").

Your account will, at a bare minimum, contain:

• A uniquely identifiable name (hereinafter "your user name").
• A personal password is used for logging into your account (hereinafter "your password").
• A personal, valid email address (hereinafter "your email").

Your information for your account at "Zapstech" is protected by data-protection laws applicable in the country that hosts us. Any information beyond your user name, your password, and your email address required by "Zapstech" during the registration process is either mandatory or optional, at the discretion of "Zapstech." In all cases, you have the option of what information in your account is publicly displayed. Furthermore, within your account, you have the opportunity to opt-in or opt-out of automatically generated emails from our software.

How we use your information

We use your information for making you an account on "Zapstech," and we will not share or release your information to any third parties without your consent. However, we may use your information to contact you via email, but you can opt-in or opt-out via the "preferences" page in your account settings. By accepting our privacy policy, you give consent for "Google" and "BuySellAds" to collect your information via advertisements and Google Analytics on "Zapstech." Since we do not hold this information, we do not take any responsibility for misusing your information by third parties.

Protecting your data

We also have measures to keep your data secure, and we will safely store all information you provide to us. You have the right to access the data we store and request any information we hold be deleted. To make a request, you should contact us via our contact form. Please do not email us as some emails are not monitored, and we take no responsibility if your request is not fulfilled due to you contacting us at the wrong email address. Alternatively, you can get an administrator via private messages.

Your password is ciphered (a one-way hash) so that it is secure. However, it is recommended that you do not reuse the same password across several different websites. Your password is the means of accessing your account at "Zapstech," so please guard it carefully, and under no circumstance will anyone affiliated with "Zapstech," our software providers, or another third party, legitimately ask you for your password. Should you forget your password for your account, you can use the "I forgot my password" feature provided by our software. This process will ask you to submit your user name and email; then, our software will generate a new password to reclaim your account.

Policy changes

By using "Zapstech" signifies that you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you do not wish to accept our policies, please stop using our service, and you may contact us to have your account removed if required. We may change our policy at any time, and you will be informed when our policies change.
